Terms and Conditions - Kelly Bridges Golf

These terms apply to all lessons, coaching sessions, programmes, and services provided by Kelly Bridges Golf at Broadstone Golf Club.
By booking a session, you agree to the terms below.
1. Bookings and Payment
All lessons must be booked in advance by email, phone, or online.
Payment is due [insert preferred timing].
I may decline or cancel a booking if needed.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you give more than 24 hours’ notice, there is no charge, and you can rebook or receive credit.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, 50% of the lesson fee is charged.
No‑shows or same‑day cancellations are charged at the full lesson fee.
If there are exceptional circumstances (such as illness) or unsafe weather, I will handle this fairly at my discretion.
If I need to cancel, you will receive a full refund or an alternative date.
3. Participation & Liability
Golf coaching involves physical activity, so you take part at your own risk.
Please make sure you are fit to participate and let me know of any relevant medical conditions.
If I deem it appropriate, a TPI Physical Assessment, at your cost, may be required before lessons can be provided.
I hold public liability insurance. This does not affect your statutory rights.
I am not responsible for loss, injury, or damage unless caused by my negligence.
You are responsible for your personal belongings during sessions.
4. Conduct & Safety
Please follow all safety instructions and respect club rules, other players, and the environment.
I may end a session without a refund if behaviour is unsafe or disruptive.
5. Privacy & Data
I collect only the information needed to manage bookings and deliver safe coaching.
Your data is handled in line with UK GDPR. See my Privacy Policy for full details.
I do not share your data with third parties unless required by law.
6. Changes to Services
Lesson times, locations, or formats may occasionally need to change (for example, due to weather or course availability). I will let you know as soon as possible.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
